Ta moko tradition

 Hi bloggers,

This term for inquiry we are doing it about cultures, for this task we had to pick one thing to research out of ta moko, Korowai/kakahu, or the haka. I chose a ta moko. They are tattoos on your face that Moari does this to show that they are Moari and to show who they are. They use to be done with uhi dipped in a dark pigment, ta, now they are usually done with needles but some people still do it the traditional way. Usually, the design is of your family, prosperity, travel, strength, your career path, or a Maori tribe.
