Kia ora bloggers,
Most Wednesdays we do Samoan and this week we had to make a video on how to count to ten in Samoan, next week we are going to be learning about greetings. The Samoan numbers are very similar to Maori numbers.
I was a pupil at Marshland School and this blog is where I shared my learning. This blog has been archived, no further content will be uploaded or added. You are welcome to continue viewing posts, however commenting has been disabled.

To support my learning I ask you to comment as follows:
1. Something positive - Begin with a greeting. Talk about something you like about what I have shared.
2. Thoughtful - A comment that will mean something to me to let me know you read/watched or listened to what I had to say. - use any language.
3. Something helpful - Give me some ideas for next time or ask me a question.
Encourage me to make another post

Kia ora, I really like you powtoon about samoan numbers. It is interesting that they are like maori numbers.
ReplyDeleteHi,
ReplyDeleteI love your animation. It shows exactly what the numbers are in english and samoan. The clay slides you picked go really well with it. I did mine on biteable too. Next time maybe in between numbers you could put a hyphen or an equals symbol to show the difference of the languages. But overall it is really eye-catching.
Your sincerly
